Over the past year I have bought three places from Heartland. Don ans his team were both awesome and helpful. One deal was for a Yorkville single family home. Don showed it to me ans gave me his estimates and he was PERFECT! The first wholesaler I have worked with that was not full of BS or greatly exaggerated... the numbers he felt were comps were actually conservative. I bought another deal and again his numbers and his advise was PERFECT!

I will look at ANY property Don and Heartland has to look at... not every property is a perfect fit but Heartland gives me a very honest and fair approach and I appreciate that

Submitted my info to get a bid on my house. Don Wede texts me to call him regarding the purchase and when I do he immediately starts cursing and yelling at me telling me about getting my trailer off of his property. It took several minutes of me trying to talk over his profanities before he finally realized he had the wrong person on the phone. Then instead of apologizing he got upset with me for being upset with the way he talked to me. This has been the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had.
