I would say this company is full of worthless trash but that would be an insult to trash. Especially the "woman" who feels she can try to bully people. They treat you like second class citizens and will get in your face knowing that normal people won't do what you should when somebody does that. Have had 2 vehicles financed through them, never missed a payment, and would rather walk everywhere than ever deal with them again. There are plenty of other lenders out there and, if the dealer uses them, you may want to reconsider doing business with them as well. Need to have a way to rate businesses like this lower than 1 star.

I have been a client with home credit for about two years now. Kathleen Watts went out of her way to make sure I got approved for a personal loan When nobody else would give me a chance and thanks to her I’ve been able to build up my credit and will be going to see her in about a month to look into a car loan. She not only helped me get the loan she has literally came to my home to get my payment bc I couldn’t get there in time just so I wouldn’t get a late fee. I will always praise her and all her hard work. Kathleen Watts is the most professional, understanding, and empathetic employee they have I will always be grateful for her and all she’s done. Definitely will be seeing her soon to get that new car 🚗👍👏🏼

Do not deal business with this company, later, you will regret it. Contact Home Credit headquarters and Better Business Bureau (BBB). They use profanity and threaten you, All of them except the receptionist. Mrs. Kathleen, Jeff, David, and Rena start out nice and friendly and later you will be threatened and bullied by Kathleen. I agree with the negative comments about Home Credit. They sell lemon cars that will constantly need repairs work done on their cars. Mrs Kathleen is very mean, rude, used profanity, try to bully, and threaten me during our phone conversation and over a period of time. Do not do business with this company,you will regret it. Out of retaliation, this company will try to stop or block you from purchasing another vehicle. Management is all involved and is aware of Mrs. Kathleen. She try to be the office bully. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Maybe we should remember this is a place for less than perfect credit. I appreciate every bit of help I've gotten. I call when I will be late; you will get no nasty service this way. I've had only good service. Just my point of view hope it helps!!!

I tried to get a loan from them years ago they turned me down for 500 dollars and my car title. They finally have it too me when i took my step mom up there who was a customer. I paid it faithfully every month and even paid it off early . I went back a few weeks ago to get help get me a car. I was thinking i would be good because of me be so good on my previous loan but they flat out refused. So the hell with this place and the guy that works there is a jerk no a people person.

We purchased a vehicle from them and we spoke them on numerous occasions about payments. They told us how much to pay and when to pay it,but they came late that nite and picked up the vehicle. We paid the money to get it back and we didn't get it until two days later. When we went to get it we inspected the vehicle we saw dents that were not there before. Also they removed our new battery and replaced it with a salvage one, so we had to spend more money on another new battery. This company was very unprofessional about how they handled things. So if you want professionalism do not use home credit as your loan choice. In my other-halfs words they are crooks, they only want the money and don't care about the clients.The towing company they use are not professional either.

Kathleen and company are very rude for no reason and act like they hate their jobs. Been impacted by Covid on more than one occasion and they don’t even care. Terrible company and won’t do business with them again.

Oh yeah. The website sucks.
