Like many Auburn parents, we went looking for a property for our student that could be shared with other renters. James Hayley understood our goal and had the experience to make it happen. He helped us understand the Auburn University rental and home ownership market. He guided us to properties that were a perfect fit, legally and financially. He worked with us, parents who lived 5 hours away, and with our student’s schedule, and kept all parties on the same page. Jeff Glasscock @HayleyRealEstate did an amazing job for us throughout our entire journey—from starting to look for land, then maybe a built house, and back to land to build our dream house. His patience and knowledge were invaluable, and at every step, it truly felt like his only concern was our happiness.
What impressed us most was his honesty and integrity. On several occasions, we asked some fairly unique or complex questions. Unlike other realtors we've worked with over the past 30 years, Jeff never pretended to know something he didn’t. Instead, he would say, “I’m not sure, but let me find out,”—and he always got back to us quickly with accurate, informed answers with additional context – super helpful!
