They made the process super easy from the first time I reached out to the day the filing went through. They are also very prompt with communication. That also offered in office meetings if we felt they were needed, this is somethings that's becoming increasingly rare.

I am very impressed with how quickly they worked to rectify the error of my missed appointment and were so apologetic. I had a great conversation with Terrance and he was able to answer all of my questions. I am so glad that I was able to have such a wonderful experience and should have known it was a one off with all the other top reviews.

Reached out and their response was very quick to schedule "a free 15 minute call for new potential clients to discuss their tax preparation and accounting needs to see if we are a good fit for each other." This call was scheduled for 3pm on June 27th. The invite said they would call me but when the time came I did not receive a call. I never heard from them which is not only unprofessional but also disrepectful.
