Finding a house in the Bay Area is supposed to be hard, but Jim made it easier than we could have imagined. If you have the opportunity, I strongly recommend working with him. Jim took the time to deeply understand what we were looking for, introduced us to a few perfect neighborhoods in San Jose, showed us a number of houses, gave honest and level-headed assessments, kept us from overwhelm, provided excellent comps so we didn’t over offer, and in the end found us the perfect house in a neighborhood we hadn’t even known about when we started looking.
