They left me in the winter with no heat for the whole season.it was so cold that you could see your own breath in the house and they couldnt care less. They cut my grass 2 times in the whole summer and left me with weeds taller than me surrounding my whole house. Water goes out and water pressure goes out frequently and they could care less. I rarely put maintenance tickets in but when i do they get ignored for months. They went months without picking up the trash forcing people to put there garbage on the ground next to there trash cans. Im quiet and dont bother nobody but dealing with this company is a nightmare and wish i could move but cant find no where else to live.

Molly Weaver shepherded through a very long process to close the sale of our home put off for months by a very slow VA process. She arranged for the buyer to possess before closing - a sometimes risky proposition - where the buyer essentially rented from us until the loan went through.

She was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and kept us informed all the way through. If I was in the Laurinburg market again I would not hesitate to use her services again.
