Four stars due to not being loaded at the same place you check in. The way it works at this place is you pull on the scale when its available 😂 you need your trailer license plate number, go up the stairs to check-in, you'll get your paperwork to go get loaded 1.5 miles down the street, go back and wait to get on the scale again, and then you'll get your paperwork several pictures taken and your seal. Very nice people from the check-in process to the loaders. No overnight parking. There's a loves about 22 miles south of this place. Drive safe drivers!!

Nice folks quick loading, just stop on the scale go up the yellow stairs to office and check in, scale on the way out and pick up the Bol, while be loaded I'd leave the windows up...the dock is right next to processing machines and there's a lot of dust in the air.. just saying...

Not a bad place to pick up a load. But it takes a long time; I was there for more than 4 hours till I finished and left. Everybody there was friendly and courteous.

Directions from south: I came up US-165 into McGehee and left at the stoplight onto US-278. Up over bridge and left onto Walnut (sign for hospital). Quick left onto 2nd (High st). It is small street all residential. Left into Harvest Rice at small guard shack. You will pull onto scale and walk up the steps to check in. You need your trailer license plate number. Very nice friendly young ladies with great social skills (at least 2 out of 3). They had me drive 2 miles to a small warehouse to be loaded; pretty easy to get to.

Great places for pick up. Take slowly but. Nices people. Step on scale then go up stair. Neede trailer plates number. They have there two nices young laides so sweets. Thank you Aby!

People were very professional and courteous, although I arrived at 4 PM and was told I could not get loaded then when I load it in the morning, the guy said well I would’ve loaded you if you want to get loaded I didn’t know you wanted to get loaded. Like I was there for my health.

Avoid picking up freight here. Only one dock door available on site and extremely slow to load you. If a turtle could drive a forklift, it would load you faster than them. Seriously....

It's a joke. They have their own scale, but obviously don't know how to use it. 83,5k lbs after loading. Then they decided to take one skid off (even though I told them 1 skid is not going to help). Ended up with 81,5k lbs. Then they decided to take entire load out and throw a different one instead. All that took 8 hours.
