Tried contacting several times regarding a listing of his. No response. Finally had to track down and contact owners of home directly. They also took pictures for us of property and arranged inspection. Ray doesn't know how to use a cell phone or email and brags about same like its a good thing. 🤦‍♀️ He only does real estate part time. Doesn't take pictures. Inaccurate listing in database. After we did all his work FOR him and had to get realtor of our own, and we jumped through hoops to provide loan commitment to him, he kept home listed for sale!! RAY WANTS SALES & BUYER COMMISSION so ignores calls from other realtors/ will only show if he's getting BOTH commissions. We had to hunt down & deal with seller ourselves. Got under contract and were finalizing when he found another buyer himself while we were still under contract, and he *STOLE*/ KEPT OUR EARNEST MONEY ILLEGALLY. Reporting him to realtor's board and having to SUE for return of earnest money. **WORST REALTOR, EVER** (He had had the house listed for a YEAR prior to our offer, with no bites.) He really screws over his own sellers. Unbelievably unprofessional. Oh yes, and HARVEST REALTY IS NOT CURRENTLY A LICENSED BUSINESS that he is operating under. All kinds of illegalities & red flags.
