Everyone that knows me knows I take my reviews very seriously and I’m not goning to give you a compliment just because !
Daniel Bo is one of the most awesome young men that I have ever met. He truly walks in integrity and cares about people and their needs. I don’t wanna get too personal, but this young man has helped me in ways that most family won’t he has walked in integrity. He has been very honest he has been very helpful. He has another young man that works side-by-side with him named Matthew. Teng. I was working on a project for years and I wasn’t too worried about it but Daniel stepped in and brought that project together so fast and it was done in the spirit of excellence and his integrity behind it was outstanding. Matt was right there to pick up the pieces he is Daniels right hand man. These two young men deserve recognition on their excellent customer service
I recommend this real estate company to anyone that wants someone that is honest which you cannot find today.
everybody just trying to get bang for their buck at anyone’s expense. Daniel Bo showed me that the world still has people in it that have integrity..

We had such a great experience with Harvest Real Estate when we were buying our home and refinancing our home later on. It was our first time buying a home and we had so many questions that Daniel was quick to answer and guide us with. He also brought up so many questions that we hadn't even considered ourselves. He was professional in all of his work with us, available during the times when we were able to go look at houses, and attentive to our needs. Every aspect of looking for a home, navigating the finances, buying the home, and then later refinancing our home was smooth. My wife and I worked with Daniel in August of 2020 to refinance our home mortgage. We were happy with our existing loan servicer but could not pass up the very low rates that Daniel and his team at harvest real estate were offering. Overall we had a pleasant experience working with Daniel and his team and especially appreciate their efficiency. Compared to our past refinance experiences, we did find ourselves having to reach out a bit more than we were used to for updates on the status, but know he and his team were working diligently in the background. Given that with the historically low rates lots of people were trying to refinance and Daniel was extremely busy, this is perhaps understandable. In addition, Daniel was responsive via e-mail when we reached out regarding status updates. I will also note that our closing date did end up getting pushed back a few days due to an issue with the availability of the appraisers report, but Daniel worked diligently to ensure that we didn't have any financial impact which we very much appreciated. Thanks again to Daniel and his team for helping us with our refinance and being able to take advantage of the low rates!
