Harry was terrific. He was referred to us to help sell our downtown Chicago condo after our unit had been listed for 60+ days and wasn’t selling. Harry was hired after our renter had already moved out so the condo was not furnished. He gave advice as to how we should clean up our unit (paint, repairs, etc.) and worked with a virtual staging company to get the best layout for the space.

He was able to convert a few showings into two offers for us and was always available to answer our questions, go downtown to the unit, or follow up with a potential buyer.
