DO NOT GO WITH HER SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! HAS HER DAUGHTER AND FRIENDS OVER WHILE SHES DOING YOUR TAXES!!!! DOESN'T PAY ATTENTION TO HER JOB!! she was in a hurry and she did not pay attention and field my taxes for the wrong year!! Now I'm fighting the IRS because they want to put a levy on my property because she put the wrong year on my tax forms.

I have had a terrible experience with Tiffany. She did my taxes last year with no problem. This year, the first thing that went wrong is I sent my tax information over on Wednesday after we spoke on the phone. The tax deadline was Monday. I emailed her Monday at noon to see if they were completed and she informed me that she never got my email and she meant to call me, but got to busy and forgot. (I checked my sent emails and it was sent). She said she could do it that day because she had no appointments.

She contacted me for my bank info because I owed taxes and I owed her her fee of $150. I never got a copy of my taxes and emailed her for a copy every day for a week. On the sixth day I finally got them sent to me when I realized she eliminated the income of one of my two jobs! I emailed her twice with no response. I am 60 years old on a fixed income, I now need to hire another accountant to do a revision of my taxes.

I would stay clear of this “professional”.
