Imagine two Olympic athletes selling your home. You'd expect dedicated, hard - working people, wouldn't you? That's exactly what we got and more when we hired Hans and Kristin Struzyna of the Gunderman group to sell our townhome in Alameda. Hans and Kristin rowed for team USA. We did this crazy thing of retiring, buying a new home (in NC) and selling our Alameda home at the same time. They shared our vision and enthusiasm on turning this former home into a welcoming space for the next family to take over. They went out of the way in helping us with a non-related issue that came up with the county and saved us thousands of dollars in property taxes. They offer full service from getting a project manager, contractors for the renovation, staging and marketing.
