We had a good experience here with my husband. The girl in number 7 was so nice and accommodating and the one in the photo department was pleasant. So far the best dmv place ive been 👏🏻

I had a minor technical issue which stopped me from doing my written driving exam , however the officer refused to give me enough guidance or instructions to resolve my issue and did not even talk to me , the police woman standing on the gate later explained what needed to be done. The fact that am not a native speaker was not appreciated

They are usually not that bad for wait time but some of the employees are rude and not friendly. I went to renew my DL and the guy was super helpful and friendly but some of the lady’s act like they hate their job

This exact DMV is clean, and big. However, the staff here are bad, the usual attitude of most DMV employee, who are entitled of who knows what and why. These people are literally getting paid by us customers only to treat the public bad with no customer service skills. They're doing public service, so we expect them to have public service skills. It's a shame that these people are just simply bad. I came here to change my lastname and address, so I did all that at the kiosk. The desk called me to pay and to get my photo done, so I lined up for the photo. I didn't receive my new drivers license for almost 2 months, so I called DMV only to be told that they cannot release my DL because they need my photo taken 😲😲😲 Yo, this DMV took my photo, so what happened? In the end, I had to go to another DMV to get everything done all over again. The employees at this place are incompetent. The management really needs to look into this and hire the good ones.

DMV sucks man.. There's 3-5 people working behind desks while a huge line of people wait outside. It's not their fault, but the state of California is good for nothing, but wasting everyone's time.

The people skills on this DMV are pour went to check on my car tags release and they were trying to deny service just because I comment I spoke to someone 800 DMV service and they told me that I don’t have nothing to do there if I already spoke to someone on the phone spoke to manager, Patty and she was trying to make an excuse for her worker. She was trying to blame the one 800 number for the issue. We need better and better performance workers.

Try to go early to avoid heavy crowds. Preferably get there before the doors open. Usually you can be in and out within thirty minutes. It's always smart to try and make an appointment.

Go up
