I had Great service! They notified the ones that were getting an ultrasound which I was one of them that thier machine had just broke down and we’re trying to fix it. If we wanted to wait we could and they keep us updated on the time. (Which was less than an hour). Or we could reschedule. I choose to wait. As soon as it was fix I was called and the poor US lady couldn’t stop apologizing. My experience wasn’t bad, ALL the employees were great! Thank you for making my appointment pleasant. And fast.

They can't keep an appointment. Twice they made changes hours on the same day, when I already had strict instructions to follow.
They required us to pay an absurd amount for the copayment. To get the correct amount, we had to call insurance company. 1st time insurance call them,they end up hanging up. Insurance agent tried again with no success. I had to go directly to the office and ask them to answer. They gave us a direct number that didn't send it to the call center. Insurance solved it. We got a refund.
My experience with the call center was also bad: rate it 1. Office personnel was better.
We are thinking in going to a different provider. we have used them for over years with no problem.
Medical professional that did the exam was amazing! 5 stars!

Got there a little bit early. The young lady was ready for me. Paper work already done on line. Paid co-pay. Went to wait, didn't even get the seat warm. MRI Tech, Brianna, was great. Friendly, chatty, pretty and explained what was going to happen. Done in about 25 minutes. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Third time there. No complaints. Thank you.

There was some confusion as far as the scheduling. I made the appointment for 11:30am, then received a text saying that the appointment was at 11:10am, and even I went on the website it said my appointment was at10:55am. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was at 11:10 and i was late. Make sure you clarify the times when your making your appointment on the phone. Also, make sure you get there early or they will reschedule your appointment. I arrived at 11:15 and was informed that I was late. They rescheduled me for 1pm and I got there at 12:40 and waited until 1 to be bright back. I didn't have any paperwork to fill out because I had filled out everything online the day before, but they needed me there early for some reason. Everyone who worked there was really friendly and I felt comfortable during my visit. The got me right in at 1pm.

I was cordially welcomed at the front desk, was able to complete the paperwork in time before the appointment. At the appointment time I was greeted by a very nice technician who took my CT scan. She was friendly, pleasant, and patient. She told me exactly what she was going to do, and gave me directions for what to do. When she was finished she helped me with my walker and directed me to the waiting room. I am very pleased with my experience.

Very clean and spacious office! Staff was great especially my radiologist if that’s what she was! She was with me every step of the way and explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable! I almost started tearing up getting anxiety (I’m not claustrophobic) but I get anxious and she helped! 🩷

My husband and I have gone to Hanford Advanced Imaging in the past... and have always been pleased.... today was very unpleasant. I needed an image of my right knee. All total my daughter in law took me there 3 different times. One day last week and twice today... there was a lot of people there waiting. I am sorry but it was very unpleasant for me. Sending

MRI tech was aersome, friendly and professional.

I do t know whats up with whomever texts…but they are non informed and very confusing! I had to call 2x to straighten out incorrect details. Not not good!! And then someone in billing told me No co-pay! Imagine that…they were going to cancel my appointment upon arrival because I couldn’t pay that co-pay! I’ve waited 6 wks fir this mri! Using a credit card..i kept my appt!!
So darn Aggravating!! Get your act together people!!
