Inexpensive, basic hotel at a convenient stop for your road trip! My room was comfortable and clean, and there was little noise. The staff was very helpful, and there are lots of restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast if you, like me, get up too late for their free breakfast. If you get cold easily, you may want to ask for an extra blanket, as the bedspreads on the beds, although very pretty, were pretty thin (probably for easy washing, which I appreciate!). This is not a plush hotel, but if all you want is a comfortable place to lay your head at a reasonable price, it's a good option. They also have pet-friendly rooms!

We stayed here November 7, 2024.
Older hotel, but nice, clean rooms. Great owners. We travel with a dog and they accommodate. Parking lot was well lit.
They also had a W/D that worked great, dryer on low, dried a full load of clothes.
Not much area for walking dogs as the grassy area is located on a hill, but we managed.
We needed a bed and a shower and the shower pressure was really good, bed was comfy.
We have an extended cab, 8ft bed diesel truck and the Hamilton Inn has a nice, flat, big parking lot if you're traveling in a bigger vehicle.

Tub drips. Gnats in bathroom. Not super clean: corners in bathroom dirty, doors dirty, paint chipping off outside door, dated. Strong air freshener smell in room..but beds are comfortable and bedding is clean.

We were traveling to Florida and did not know how far we would end up driving. In hindsight, we should’ve booked a hotel a head of time. We went to three other hotels that were fully booked and ended up finding a room here. The room was dated and old, but I must say it was clean. At approximately 10 PM, I got the smell of smoke that was really strong. At approximately 12 PM, there was loud banging outside and I wasn’t quite sure what was going on. The banging continued and I looked outside to see a police car escorting someone to the vehicle. I was actually quite scared. It gets worse! The room on the other side was listening to some “interesting movies” (if you know what I mean) until 1 pm. Wow!! Never again! The only redeeming quality for this hotel is it was clean and cheap.

Late check in was smooth. Parking sucked as several people double parked or parked horizontally taking up 4 spaces. This was a former Days Inn. The room I reserved is not the room I actually got. I booked a Non Smoking Queen described as "Room to relax, and room to work! Personal space with luxurious bedding, desk, and lounge area , complete with comfortable pull out sofa, club chairs, and WiFi throughout." Well I got 2 double beds (maybe queen?), no sofa, no lounge area and not so sure it was luxurious. Room kind of smelled stale. Chairs were from 1996. The beds semed new but very firm, pillows were OK. WiFi was very fast. Shower was decent. The shower head was a bit low, good pressure, nice hot water. Bathroom fan did not work. Heat worked quite well. I slept terribly though due to the bed. Plenty of food options within walking distance. For $112 with tax, it was overpriced, but considering anything better was $300 a night, this worked for me.

I have stayed here three times and the previous two times were fine. This last stay the room smelled strongly like moth balls. We were too tired to request a new room after a long drive. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall which made the shower curtain keep rolling to the middle. We noticed the water coming from the shower and faucet had a moldy smell which would indicate a bigger issue.

We were looking for a place to lay our heads on our way to FL. This was just perfect. The staff was very pleasant even at 12:30am. Small room no frills but absolutely perfect for our needs for one night. The room was clean and certainly much more affordable than the chain properties nearby. If you are looking for a "budget" inn or a quick stopover, this is property is definitely it.

Got a quick booking online, staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were older style with a touch of hip LEDs and modern tech. 96.00 for a king bed and peace and quiet is definitely refreshing.
