Michelle’s carelessness in filling out our tax returns incorrectly caused us to be audited, and she would not return calls or answer her phone through the audit. The one or two times we actually talked she was zero help and we had to get another accountant involved just to get through the audit.

On top of that, we lost a lot, and I mean a LOT of money because she didn’t tell us about any write-off limitations in the first year of business. So we spent way more of our savings than we could legally write off.

Look elsewhere is my advice.

Took another friend to see Michelle Hallmark CPA at Hallmark accounting. Michelle provides professionalism in dealing with complicated business and personal tax issues. Her staff are friendly and helpful and Michelle is great at her job. Yes they are busy at tax season but you can trust the work they do

Not even worth a one star. She is quite possibly the worst accountant we have ever used. Michelle has not what she said she would do and that is file our taxes. Furthermore she has repeatedly not returned phone calls or emails nor has she been in the office when we have had an appointment. DO NOT USE HER!!
