We completed on a property purchase recently and Habito have been exceptional throughout the entire mortgage application process. We filled out an initial application and Richard shortly reached out to us. He was polite, professional and responded quickly to any questions we had. Once the application was submitted, Mariam supported us through the next stages, which included updates on the property survey and generally regarding the progress of the mortgage application. The property purchase was delayed, so we asked about a rate check five months into the process. Richard found some time, at short notice, to talk us through the process of making an amendment to the initial offer. He explained the process clearly and reassured us that there should not be any issues. He was then able to find a better deal, put the application through and within a week or so, we had an amended offer from the bank. The quality of service received was exceptional. Will use again and would definitely recommend.

5 star and deservedly so! Habito helped us secure our dream home and we are so happy to have chosen them. More of less every step was smooth and when an issue arise it was dealt with and a special mention to Ellen who made sure the issue was resolved, we were kept informed and comfortable with those process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hands off approach with a trustworthy company.

Honestly cannot recommend Habito enough. They're transparent, reliable, proactive and very very helpful. We had a disaster with our lender (The Co-op — do not use them!) who were changing their systems at the time of our application and failed to pay our money on completion day. We've since been engaged in a compensation claim with the ombudsman and Habito have gone out of their way to support us with this every step of the way, far surpassing the expectation of what a free service might provide. The service is outstanding, so not hesitate to chat with them.
