I went to file my taxes and at the end of the appointment was told they required some other paperwork that i could just email to them. I emailed it once and received no response, a week later i emailed again and still no response. I then called about 3 days later and they said to email it again and they would have my tax lady call me if she needed anything else. 3 weeks went by and i called to make sure they’d received what was needed and make sure theyd processed my taxes and they stated they didnt receive what was needed but to email it again and i had to schedule an appointment to go sign something in order for them to process my taxes. One month went by of me emailing what was requested and trying to get an update before they actually told me they hadnt received what was needed and that i still had to schedule a follow up appointment to sign. The communication is terrible between the associates as well as the lack of communication with customers. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

We have been doing our taxes at GYS for the past 3 years. We go in to do our taxes this year and pretty much were treated as if they didnt know who we were. Although nothing in those years have changed, they told us that we would have to get paperwork thaf i have never even heard of this time. A big pain in the butt and just reall waybtoo much hassle.
