I purchased an extended warranty on a brand new Toyota Corolla. My extended warranty expired 11/24/24. I took my car to the service department at Cavendar Toyota beginning July 2023 with the same issue that was NEVER fixed to this date. My car needs an electrical harness to fix the issue but the warranty department would not fix it because of the cost of the part. In the meantime time they ordered 2 other parts that didn't solve the issue instead My extended warranty expired. How can you treat a customer like this? I'm 77 yrs old and cannot afford a new car. I am beyond disgusted with you. The main reason for purchasing an extended warranty is for when service is needed. I hope people will read my review and make a much better choice. I'm also posting this information on Facebook.

We recently used Gulf State Financial for our first home mortgage and had the best experience! Devin Murray was extremely thorough throughout the whole process and was more than willing to explain anything we had questions about. He was also very accommodating. We live an hour and a half from the nearest Gulf States Financial and never once had to go there to sign documents. Everything was done electronically. I would highly recommend Gulf States and Devin for any of your mortgage loan needs!

Devin Murray is exceptional! Despite my having already locked in with another lender, Devin took the time to answer a plethora of questions, helped educate me in the jumbo loan space, and offered his services in thinking through some approaches to our loan given some weird complexities. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Devin Murray at Gulf States Financial. If you want/need your home refinanced, he is AMAZING. So incredibly smart, patient, and works SO hard to get his clients the best deal possible. We have used him with the purchase of the last couple homes and with this latest refinance that is saving us a TON of $$$. We had a pretty good rate before, but we have been amazed at what we were able to get with him watching the market and locking in a rate at just the right time.He’s incredibly nice and timely I’m with responses.
