She communicated clearly and efficiently every step of the way, ensuring I had all the necessary documents and guiding me through every DocuSign process without any delays.

I struggled for a while to find the exact car I wanted and was starting to feel frustrated, but Candace went above and beyond. I was immediately greeted with friendly faces when I first came through the door; that means a lot because often times when going to a bank the staff, can come off as being very cold. Grace was very friendly and professional, she really seemed interested in helping me with whatever I needed. Glad I decided to bank here!
