BEWRE!! Unfortunately, this is no longer Davidson Insurance. Kathy and Libby were so kind.

Now the new owner, Tim Groves has completely eroded any customer service that used to exist. He is one of the rudest, most unprofessional agents I have ever encountered. He was totally unwilling to help as my agent during a homeowners claim and made me feel like I was bothering him when I had questions about the process. INot one time did he ever advocate to keep my business And actually after refusing to help me someone in his office called to try to do an auto coverage review. This isn’t an Erie problem it’s a Groves Insurance problem.

Ive had insurance at this location for years and have usually talked to libby she is a very laid back helpful individual and i always enjoy talking to her when i have to call groves insurance but this last time I spoke with Timothy who was just as helpful so it’s a great place to find friendly customer service and a good attitude about helping find decent coverage whatever the coverage may be !!!

Groves insurance go the extra Mike for their customers. The office is very clean.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. If you have a question about your insurance or future insurance they get back to you in a timely manner. Great insurance rates. Thank you Mrs. Libby for helping me out with my situation. Wonderful place to do business with.. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Libby Hullender is an awesome and sweet lady and is willing to help you anyway she can and see takes time to explain things to you and she takes time to listen to you as well..
