Griffith provides insurance through a 3rd party financing company. When I requested a cancelation of my insurance, I was told to request a cancelation via text. This number rarely replied to me in the months before, and several days after I was told to message them (which I did, no reply) I called again.

After the call, I was sent the cancelation request form finally. I filled it out, sent it back, and then a month later was charged the monthly payment again. This happened because I canceled the insurance, but no one notified the 3rd party company. So now I have to wait 2-3 months before I get that money back.

Needless to say, I'm not pleased. If you go through Griffith, make sure things are handled with them AND the 3rd party as well. Don't wait for a text reply either, it likely won't come. Nice people to talk to, but this whole ending experience and lack of communication salted the earth for me.
