Patricia Gudino was very professional. She gave me a Great insurance policy that was affordable for my budget. This was my third time purchasing insurance from her office. I recommend to everyone to visit Patricia at her Green Light auto insurance office. She is a very nice person.

I had a okay experience signing up here. This company is great in finding competitive and low rates for you. Everyone was very helpful signing me up and office was nice. However, they offer to assist customers in cancelling their existing insurance but they don’t follow through. The manager offered to call my existing insurance the next day to work something out and avoid cancellation fees. I waited for 2 days, each time being promised I would get a call that same day, and there was no call. I ended up calling myself and found out each day I was waiting I was losing money from my refund. Still haven’t heard back from Greenlight....

I have been coming to the location for many years, going on 8 years almost and I have seen others who helped me out but no one has helped me all the time like patty does.
Every time there’s a good deal, she always surprises me, has Guided me when I wanna cancel and risk having no insurance to always reassuring me the right route to take. That is why with the relationship and help she has always given me, it’s the reason why I haven’t looked for other insurance companies! Thanks Green light but again, thanks patty!!
