I have had an appallingly negative experience living at Greenleaf Rivers Edge Apartments in Boise, Idaho. It is abundantly clear that the ownership and management of this company have no regard for the well-being or satisfaction of their residents. Instead, they seem entirely focused on maximizing profit, regardless of the cost to their tenants. The rent is outrageously high for what is offered, and any pretense of customer service or community care is nonexistent. Greenleaf operates with a disturbing level of indifference, bordering on exploitation. This is not a housing provider—it is a predatory enterprise devoid of integrity or accountability.

I have been a tenant of Green Leaf Partners in Pleasanton for the past few years. When I first opened my company, Elation Real Estate, I leased an 800 square foot space from them. The team at GL has been incredibly supportive and wonderful to work with. After a little over a year, we needed a larger space for our growing team. Luckily, GL had the perfect space for us in the same building we loved. The entire process of tenant improvements, leasing paperwork, guidance, and the actual move was seamless. We have been in our new space for over 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with GL and the entire team, including Tom, Cathy, Dave, Nina, and Amirra. Thank you Green Leaf!

Not only do the apartment complexes not care about keeping in contact with people who are trying to get into an apartment (By the way is illegal. When being denied you are supposed to get written notice. ) Green leaf partners do not seem to like to answer phone or text messages that are left for them. Even when told that the way you were dealt with was illegal and you would like to discuss it with them, they will still not contact you. There management is poor and obviously must not know how to run there business if they can not even answer phone calls. Shame on you for not caring about the tenants who are renting from your complexes.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They manage the property at: 2501 Hurley Way, Sacramento CA 95825 I lived here for 2 years and 15 days. It was an OK place when it was owned by Holland Properties and known as Bella Vita. However, Bella Vita was sold to Green Leaf Partners. Over the course of the year, the complex began to degrade. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The rent increased. The general upkeep of the property worsened week by week. Office staff is never in the office. Won't answer the phones. When you call the number listed under the Manager's signature on a letter - she yells at you for calling it! So, she obviously is getting Corporate to pay for her personal-use AT&T cell phone. Haha. So, I guess they are pretty SMART. When a tenant moves out, they ignore the State Law and try to keep the deposit! This is only AFTER they lose all the information you gave them prior to leaving: the address you are moving to and planned exit date, etc. They literally walked out of the office to go show an apartment when my husband and child was standing there. If I EVER see a Green Leaf Partners property again, I'm going to run far far away! Terrible management. Terrible.
Oh, I have so many specific complaints, but I don't think I have enough space...

By far the WORST experience I have ever had at Green Leaf Skyline apartment in Kent.. held stuff in because it's just a place to stay in the moment but held it in way too long. Management sucks, the apartments suck. Everything is cheaply painted over to look nice, carpet stains came up within my first week of moving in, parking sucks, they change rules with no hesitation or notice, and they are tacky.

Today had to be the icing on the cake though. I got my statement for next month and called the apartments to figure out why my rent was the full amount when I was told it would be pro rated since we are moving, the manager Gail explained why and that was fine then told me that we had not gave our notice. (Mind you we all put it in last week when the assistant manager e-mailed us, there's three of us on the lease). Anyways, I told her yes we had we e-mailed with whoever and she kept making comments like "huh" said something about "I don't trust that" then told me to re e-mail it over. Again, there's three of us on the lease.. one of which doesn't live there anymore but didn't want to pay to get off but I have no contact with. So I politely said "that's very inconvenient and it is not my fault that they had not had that organized" she then proceeds to say 'woah woah, I don't need the attitude right now I'm not going to talk to you right now' then hangs up.

So I took my little ass down to the office (maybe a one minute walk) where she then was supposedly in a meeting, SHOCKINGLY FAST, so I said that's fine I will wait. The guy in the office kept telling me that it could go till they close, I said that is fine, then told me she probably won't talk to me if her meeting goes until they are closed and I said that is extremely unprofessional. I bet if someone wanted to rent an apartment they would (didn't say that part). After waiting 40 minutes and her other working going in and out of her office she finally came out to tell me she isn't speaking to me and such. When I tried telling her I thought she was being unprofessional and tried figuring out why she hung up she just kept going back to "I am allowed to not talk to you if I don't want to" K are we five? After getting no where and her telling me she isn't speaking to me because she feels she was not wrong, i told her then I will call corporate since she does not want to talk to me.. She then scoffs and says that's fine because they just send her an e-mail and tell her to deal with it.

Complete lack of professionalism throughout the entire company. Since the latest management change, green leaf has went completely downhill. The property as well as the management is a joke. The cement stairs were falling apart and one night when coming home the stair completely gave out and I fell through. I called multiple times so they were aware and it would not happen to someone else. My calls were ignored and never returned. They not keep the grounds up, bushes are always over grown and prohibit you from taking the sidewalks through the community. The amenities that we pay for are never available. The pool opened over a month late and was constantly being closed for "maintenance reasons". Over a year and the indoor/year round hottub has yet to be "fixed". It took over 3 months for them to fix a hole in my roof that was leaking and are charging me the fee as if I destroyed the ceiling. Dont expect maintenanceto get to any issues in less than 4 weeks. As far as communicating with the company, its impossible. They will purposely ignore your calls and straight out refuse to answer the phone. They will not respond to emails either and will close the office during business hours at their convenience.

I am amazed on how these people are still in business. Nobody amswers the phone. Clearly don't care about their residents. I am to the point that I am going to report them as slumlords. I rent at Green Leaf at Lakewood and I will advise people to stay as far away as possible.

I am currently a resident at Greenleaf Quailridge in Thornton, CO. After reading the reviews from current/former residents and employees, I no longer wonder what is happening to Quailridge and the despicable way it is being ran. It starts from the top. The executives are either turning a blind eye or not reading the reviews about Quailridge. If they were, they would know that the community is being run into the ground by the most recent management change. As long as Tasha Mosely is manager, I will continue to let others know to stay as far away from Quailridge as they can. She is the most terrible manager I have ever come across, both personally and professionally. She has a different temp in the office every Saturday of every week. She has her husband doing maintenance when he is not qualified to do so. There is no proper snow removal procedures. Unless their idea of "snow removal" is dumping pounds of ice melt at random places throughout the property. When she is asked a question you are either given an excuse or she just outright lies to avoid confrontation. I would continue, but I hope y'all get the idea.
