Their website is awful. Not only is it outdated and half the buttons don’t work, but you can’t change your police online which is crazy to me.

Our dream of having a second home at Lake Tahoe almost couldn't get done as we had a difficult time finding insurance on the home. Worst experience ever. I had an accident and I called them to tell me what should I do. They didn’t know. Then the insurance that I paid for. They never called me back after I started the case. And I called the adjuster a many times. I car was destroyed I was hurt and I had to pay for the healthcare and the auto repair.

Very rude and unprofessional.... i was born and raised in this town. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of getting insurance through Juan, Bob H. or their not so pleasant secretary to take the time and shop ANYWHERE else... I've opened a dispute with my bank and visa... save yourself the trouble!!!
