I have used Granite insurance for several years for multiple different business, from ziplines to vacation rentals. 5 stars do not do them justice. The customer service is so far beyond any other insurance company I have worked with, it's not even a comparison. They are always available when you need them and are amazing at finding the best rates in the industry. Once you use them, you will not leave.

We can't say enough good things about Granite and our agent Chris. He practically helped us turn our business around. Chris is extremely knowledgable and helped us find quality coverage at an affordable price! Many agents we spoke with wanted the quickest interaction possible. Chris has been available at all times to make sure we fully understand all of our coverage and other options available. I believe wholeheartedly Chris simply wants to help people and make and make a living. As a small business we have a high level of respect for that mentality. The world needs more of this! You won't find more honest helpful folks!

A Company that Cares! Granite pays attention to my needs and makes sure that I am covered for all of the unique parts of my business. Ruthie Rivers is a great representative for the company and she’s been extremely helpful to my family and me as we set up our business a year ago and as we’re going through the insurance renewal process now. She’s knowledgeable, thorough and patient. We also have enjoyed working with Alison McCaslin, our account manager, through the renewal process. Both Alison and Ruthie have helped us meet specific insurance needs as we’re adding new attractions to our business. They take their business and their customers seriously.

Getting liability insurance for Haunted Attractions can be stressful
Granite made it easy and we got great coverage. I liked that my rep was able to show the difference between our old policy and their policy. They were able to show gaps in coverage on our old policy.
