DO NOT HAVE THESE POEPLE DO YOUR TAXES!! I went to these people do do my taxes for year. Most of them were wrong. I asked them to fix because the IRS was coming after me. the owner told me he took car of it. even went as far as drafting a power of attorney. I found out they did absolutely nothing! NOTHING. Even though he told me it was handed. I've been audited and now I owe the IRS.

The are nothing but Liars. Use their service at your own risk.

John is great. He is very fast friendly and accurate. He seems to be a trustworthy man. This is my 3rd year of taxes he prepared and I will continue to keep coming back.

Disappointing service. I went in with several years of taxes I needed help with. I also wanted to hire the bookkeeper. The tax person never got back to me and I never heard from the bookkeeper. It was disappointing because I spent a lot of time gathering my tax paperwork only to never hear back. A waste of time and surprised by the poor service. I guess they didn't need my bookkeeping business or money to fix my taxes.

This place has gone downhill in customer service and value..while racking up their preparation prices. Its bad when when even the owner of the business gives his guarantee he will call you back due to my tax lady not...But guess what not one call back from Mr . Gould. This will be my last year doing business with a place like this. If you like overpaying for taxes and being a long time customer just to get treated like dirt come here. If not go else where

I had to find a new person to do my taxes during to an emergency. This business asks no questions and flat out refuses to take new clients.
