I can’t say enough great things about Zoritha at Goree & Thompson Real Estate. She got us over asking price on my parents property, all cash with less than a 10 day close. All in all, from going to market to closing, 12 days! She marketed well, gathered the important information on bids, and presented offers quickly. The title company she works with took car of all the important trust details that were necessary for me and my sister to sell the property. Now that I’m no longer in debt (mortgage and car paid off!) thanks to my share of the proceeds, if I ever find myself in the real estate market again, I’m calling Zoritha Thompson!
