Horrible experience. I would be driving around without proper coverage if I didn’t look at the policy he sold me. He said it was good for local deliveries but the issuing company said no. Multiple issues trying to get the quote.
After selling me an inadequate policy I had to dispute through my credit card company to get a refund.
I got a recommendation to use them. I should have looked at Gooseheads reviews. Horrible company as a whole and this agent fits right in.
His wife gave him 5 stars though.

It’s been two weeks and no refund, but you can respond and say you want to make it right.

If you have a policy with this company, you would be wise to double check it. Horrible company, horrible reviews and horrible service.
