I thought I had made the right choice taking out my auto and home owners insurance through a Goosehead agent but it turned out to be such an aggrevation afterwards. I'd receive notices or emails from the insurance company that they needed more I formation for things concerning my policies and whenever I'd call my agent I was told not to worry that everything was taken care of but evidentally it wasn't.
That's why I canceled my insurance through them .I've never experience anything so difficult as I have had with this company so it was definitely time to make a change.
