He never calls back. I have left messages on his voicemail since last year to go over my previous year insurance increment premium still waiting to call me back. Now Oct 2024 been trying to reach him again because my home insurance went from 2,000 per year to 10,000 per year premium. The customer service guy told me that now I have to do an appraisal on my property, so they can take in to consideration to reduce the premium. My home is worth 300,000 according to Zillow, but this insurance is estimating a replacement of 3 millions dollars in case something happens to it? Crazy! I am waiting for Mike to call us to just tell us it was a mistake. But no call. I will not recommend Mike, or this insurance. Is a Joke.

Since we moved to the area, Mike has been great at every step-- selecting the right insurance plans and options, assisting with claims, and explaining things clearly. Can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for help with what can be the confusing world of insurance. 5 stars for sure!

Avoid these guys. Tried to convince me to go with car insurance that is 3x the price of what I am currently paying. Home insurance was ~$1000 more than what I am currently paying. Tried calling/emailing multiple times never heard back.

Awful service. They stated would get back to me on multiple occasions about my policies. I had 3 with them. I waited 6 weeks to renew a policy. Finally had to go above in chain of commands to have an issues resolved. Did not help me needs instead they canceled all 3 of my policies without my knowledge. I paid all these policies for the year in full and they canceled them without telling me. Thanks goosehead. For a client who pays in full to not even tell them they don’t have coverage. Poor service. Do not recommend!!
