I’d leave no stars if possible. Worst communication I’ve ever experienced from an agent let alone a company. Doesn’t return phone calls or text messages. I then requested a new agent and get no follow up from Goosehead. I reach out to the new agent multiple times and get no response from her. So all that being said I am realizing that it is a company problem and I’m actively seeking a new company to service all my needs.

Worst agent ever!!! Incompetent as you can get in this lifetime, hands down. He has no idea what he is doing. He didn’t listen to anything I had to say about the area that I was insuring, underinsured me on my home owners policy, and overinsured me on my fire policy. Thank god I didn’t get earthquake insurance from him. He is a nightmare to work with. Find another agent. Run away fast from this person.
