We were really appreciative of Jason Alexander as a representative. While he was representing DR Horton, I felt he also did a great job representing us as well. He was good about answering a ton of questions, finding out info when he didn't have the answer immediately, and went beyond the extra mile on helping us. I only found out at the end of our time together that he took his days off to work with us since we were only in town those days, and he showed up two hours before the 'office opened' so we could get on with the showings and discussions. He followed up on some minor repair issues after we left town. He did a 6 star job in a 5 star world. And just to add, he helped facilitate the connections to the DH Mortgage and closing office well too. And they were stellar as well. I had started with another group earlier in the process and their nickel and dime approach to homes and the outright lack of integrity sent me to DR Horton. I was really glad to find Jason.
