I had my personal & my business taxes prepared at Goode Tax Service in Decatur Al. The experience was great! As soon as I entered the building I noticed how clean it was and I was promptely greeted as I walked through the door. The wait wasn’t long and the waiting area was comfortable. The gentleman that prepared both my personal and business taxes walked me through everything step by step explaining everything in detail. As I drove away I had a confident feeling about using Goode Tax Service. I will use this company again.

Filed my taxes with them and Bo did not do my state. This issue has not been resolved going on 2 months. No return calls and no one has fixed this.

Horrible service!! My tax preparer didn't even tell me his name first of all. I came to that building 4 times after dropping my w2 forms off and twice he was not prepared so i had to come back. The 3rd time i showed up he was playing video games on his phone while preparing my taxes!!!!!! All i had was w2 forms to file nothing else, and he told me it would be over $600 dollars just for preparation fees, but yet H&R block charged less than $300 to file for all 3 years!!! What a waste of time!!!

Most refund out of any other tax place anywhere! I highly recommend. I live in Huntsville, but I come to Decatur because it’s well worth it!
