We Actually found Britt when looking at reviews for local real estate agents in Lowville NY. The reviews we read looked very promising. We decided to give them a call and spoke with Britt right away. He immediately was on board with us and from that moment on we were rocking. It didn't take long to find the home we wanted but there were many hurdles to jump through. We worked with Aaron Jantzi on the purchase of a home in Lewis County. We had made offers on three other homes and lost them all due to bidding wars so when we saw this particular home come on the market we were very anxious to see it. We attempted to reach the listing agent (from another real estate company) but no one would return our call. So we contacted Aaron and asked him to see if he could get us in. 14 years ago the owner came to us with a property he was having a difficult time selling. Since it was viewable from our lake house, we paid a premium for it. My husband has purchased over $10 million in property for an investment trust, some using realtors, some not. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer, its time to shed some of the property, the parcels in New York and Vermont first. We contacted Mr. Abbey, who now refuses to list a any of our property in Lewis County. He has made no representation as to the other $9.7 million properties in the area. (We do not intend to ask.) Our opinion of the guy is that when the going gets tough, he disappears and will never have your back with any property brokered by him... Again, our opinion, find a credible agent and broker.
