I have been coming here for about 10 years. Always had a great experience! I can attest that they treat you like family! They do a great job and always answer my questions, there are always so many. I drive a distance to have them do my taxes and it is completely worth it!

I don't even know where to start. Called ahead and asked if they could take care of our tax situation. Was told "yes no problem". Kept calling to get an update as the deadline is getting close. Was told not to worry and didn't need to keep calling, they would get it done on time. Well guess who got a call this morning the friday before taxes are due to go pick up our paperwork and take it somewhere else or they would get to it when they would have a chance. 3 weeks!!!!! They had 3 weeks to look at it ahead of time. They knew the situation and waited until the last minute. If you want to be taken care of go somewhere else if it's tax season.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company for your taxes! Mario filed our taxes incorrectly over two years ago, and we are still trying to hold him accountable to make it right. He wants to file appeal after appeal to try to pay as little as possible with zero follow through.
