Sam has been nothing but great when it came to being our choice of realtor. Although my wife and I were in a difficult situation with the current market, Sam was there with us through thick and thin. He was patient, optimistic, understanding and kind. We never felt pressured like some sort of a sales pitch, matter of fact - it was more so as if he was putting himself in our shoes. We had looked at multiple houses however when we closed on the one, Sam did the final walk through and offered to personally cover some of the expenses that have incurred during the closing period. On top of that, there was a celebratory dinner that Sam took us out on so make sure to order everything on the menu when your time comes.
