Judith, was such a great and patient person.

I have known Roger for more than 5 years. When we decided to sell our house, Roger was our second choice - that was a poor decision, he should have been our FIRST. Our listing agent was very passive and did not work with us. When we called Roger to take over, he immediately went to work. He walked through the property and suggested repairs and improvements to increase the possibility of selling the house. There was a time when we did not agree on something and he respectfully said - "I know the market, I do this every day, trust me and we will sell your house." We decided to follow his advice and sure enough he was right.

We worked with his team and they were all professional and very capable. I am a bit of a 'techy' so I was able to get documents to them very fast and was pleasantly surprised that Roger and his team were just as efficient in responding to our requests and keeping us informed.
