Bev and Mary are rockstars! I'm a single dad and I was having a hard time finding any decent 2 bedroom to rent in Auburn that was in my budget. Not only that, my credit isn't sparkling. However, Bev and Mary found me a great 2 bedroom house on a couple acres that was right in my budget! Not only that, they were able to work with me with my credit. It's the perfect house in the perfect area. To top it off, I looked at the house on a Tuesday and had the keys on Friday! Great people, that care and will help you the best they can! If I could give them 10 stars I would. THANK YOU!

If you are a younger renter I strongly advise stay away from this company, particularly Bev. Even with great credit, clean rental history, non smoker, no pets, and a good savings. I was told I was following none of the steps correctly even though I followed all rent app. rules to a T and when I asked what I could have done better she wouldn’t respond or couldn’t tell me directly what I was doing wrong while being condescending. They did everything in their power to make the process difficult to push me away because they couldn’t outright deny and discriminate against me based on age.
