During times of worry, doubt or 2nd guessing however one spends their earned monies....it's knowing, however wealthy one is....the amount keeps you achieving. Never have i taken a crash coarse in botany or physics, I've learned my intangibles from those closest, everyday 100 max out, those in the wrong or right....simple distractions....wanting what's a dream, sometimes let go....shoot for the best and it will work out....doubt every move one makes....but dont forget...no matter sides...never become predictable....unless time is the factor....recharge your emotions....and tell others your goals, yes my core might disagree ..but it does build healthy competition...and at the end of it all, yes, yes....you all know it ...We Aint Giving A Damm Thing Back!!!!!They Are Just Going to Take It.

The Staff at this location went above and beyond . They are all amazing from manager to staff and the Security guards. Very friendly and great customer service. Thank you

Absolutely every time I've had to deal with the bank manager Deanna there has been an issue and ive had to return a different day. Whether it was an account creation years back where she put the entirety of my information incorrect which lead to a whole new process which I had to go in to fix and evidently had to be rescheduled to even now where I went in for a scheduled appointment and was asked to come back. a SCHEDULED appointment.

Otherwise the staff is amazing, very helpful and professional but this is a prime example of management via seniority and not capability.

The women at the counter was super rude to me (and the customer before me) and refused to give me a cashier's check to pay rent even though I do this every month and have plenty of money in my account. Apparently they don't do that on Saturdays as she said - only Monday - Friday which seems like a crazy policy. No I am stuck paying rent late 🙁 I have to drive 20 minutes to get to the bank and she seemed to not have an issue making me drive back Monday as if anything would be different then. I would stay away from this bank. It's 2018 pretty sure computers work on the weekends now.

Deanna the branch manager is a sweetheart. My sister and I came 10 before closing time and she still helped us get a personal loan and refinance for our car. Nice staff.

Reps need to be more clear on actions and let patrons know. My paycheck bounced for the second time. I wish the first time a teller would of told me that I have to resolve those issues physically inside a branch with a teller because I wasted my time and exposed myself to unsafe situations trying to deposit cash at your branch when it’s dark. Never told me my card/acct gets restricted.
