Our experience is that my husband got a job in Alaska while we were living in Pennsylvania. We knew we wanted to own our next home in Alaska. But did not want to wait several months living in a hotel before signing closing papers once we arrived. So we located Jamin online, never having met him, and started our house search. He was amazing at giving us virtual tours of homes in Alaska, a state we had never even been too! He was professional, hard working, and great with communicating with us. Our long distance was no issue and once we found our house we wanted to buy, the house inspections and closings went easily with Jamin's help! We did not actually get to meet him in person until after we closed on the house! He showed up with a house warming gift in tow, and that was that! New home, great community, and all done from the comfort of my Pennsylvania living room.

Jamin and the team were fantastic. My wife and I needed to buy a home in the Anchorage area remotely from Southern California and I found Jamin via his youtube videos. He was incredibly responsive and professional and we virtually toured three homes in 48 hours via his IPhone. He represents Alaskan level of service and kindness well, and never flinched with the 100 random questions a day I think we threw toward him. He even shoveled our driveway after a snow so we wouldn't have to after a long flight with three kids to get there for the first time at the end of the day. Anyway, he was a wealth of information, both local and real estate, and extremely helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend him to anyone.
