My training experience was exceptional. Mr Papacrist did a phenomenal job in presenting and teaching the information.

He was extremely detailed and organized . He gave us real life scenarios that allowed us to get a real sense of how operations in the field would go. He challenged us and provided excellent feed back. He also went out of his way to make himself available , if we had additional questions. This made for a positive training experience

Chuck was great. He has a wealth of knowledge. He shared several ways to help break down barriers, build rapport, transition through the different topics and questions. I know it’s very difficult to cover everything in 4 days, especially with a larger group. I’d like to see more opportunities to role play and get through the different scripts. Maybe break out into small groups if space allows. But I do understand the difficulties in being able to do this as well. I also think it would be good to practice the presentation in front of the group without the script and be coached through it in the moment to help get through the key points that are not on the presentation slide. All in all, I felt the training went very well.
