This firm and its employees are unethical and rude to say the least. My husband has them doing our book keeping for our business and business taxes. We have a business in town and if we performed work in a rude unethical way like they do... we would have no customers. They have also have done our personal taxes and our sons personal taxes. They screwed up my sons taxes by putting an address down on his taxes that we hadn't lived at for 6 years we had to ammend the taxes which to this day he still has not received his return, On top of that , they charged $400 to do his taxes. Then when I asked for a copy of mine and my husbands joint personal tax return needed for College applications FASFA, Carrie the book keeper refused to give me a copy of MY tax return stating i was not a client. My name is on the taxes that were filed. I am by law supposed to get a copy! How can she refuse to give them to me. She originally told me yes to come an get a copy , then called me back not even 5 minutes later to tell me they were in storage and it would take weeks to get.? Allen the owner is a joke too. I cannot tell you how many messages I left for him and he does not return calls. If you have a business or just need yur taxes completed, i would NEVER recommend this accounting firm or individually Allen and or Carrie. They are shady crooks and are unethical. They are supposed to handle your taxes? I now file separately because of them. I would not recommend this firm at all!

I tried several accounting firms in the past for my personal & business income & expense taxes. Jason Heider CPA & his team are exceptional. Professionals like this are not easy to find. Jason explains everything in clear & simple terms & provides you with unmatched individualized attention. Even as a small business owner I always felt like a top priority. horribly ran and managed. Getting a call back is pretty much impossible. Still waiting on tax return from 2020 and they can provide me no information when they filed them. doesn't even come up in IRS system that they were filed. Angry isn't even the word- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM!

I Want Jason to come back... I have tried emails and facebook to get a status on my tax return which was promised a week or two ago already.. I may have to do a midnight phone call tonight.... It is getting ridiculous at how hard it is to get communication and a single update from them..

Super disappointed that Jason is no longer there. Not the same without him. The prices for a tax return are now double, they are extremely disorganized and very hard to get a hold of.
