Definitely one of the best car dealership experiences I’ve had ever! Ahmed was my car salesman and was amazing, he listened to what I wanted, helped guide me to make the best decision and always kept it 100 with me! Both Giovanni and Ahmed were great and made sure I left HAPPY with my purchase. Definitely great people and great service, did not feel like I was being taken advantage of… so I recommend Ahmed and Gio if you are looking into buying a new car 😍

Had the BEST experience at Genesis of Selma this past weekend! Jarred Islas was incredible to work with (super chill, down to Earth, considerate of my needs). He and the entire Genesis of Selma team helped get me my late 40th Birthday gift and Christmas gift to myself...a 2024 G70 Sport Prestige! I could not be happier and more thankful to have worked with Jarred and the group to get me a great deal. Not only did they help me feel comfortable about the decision, but also helped make my Christmas so much more special! You guys are amazing!

I started leasing my vehicle from Genesis in December 2023 and have had nothing but issues with the service department since. Every time I have tried to schedule my routine service there have been hiccups- appointments booked but then somehow deleted, people not communicating information that was provided to them when I scheduled the appointment to when the vehicle was serviced, and there's been a different person in charge of the service department every single time. I paid a significant amount of money for a vehicle damage protection plan and have been in communication with them since early May to try and fix a small dent/scratch and was initially told it would be taken care of no problem, then I was told that I didn't have the coverage even though I did, once the coverage was found they asked for pictures and I sent them right away only to be ignored for the next 23 days straight. I have tried calling, emailing and leaving voicemails and no one has contacted me back. I am always given lip service that things are going to be taken care of and these problems aren't going to continue but they do continue. I love my car, but I'm really starting to doubt that it is worth all this headache, especially when I don't live in Selma and have to travel there for this lack of service.

Be aware that when you purchase a Genesis at Genesis of Selma they have NO Service Department strictly for your Genesis. You’ll be sent to and Serviced at the neighboring Nissan/Hyundai Service Department and you will NOT have a certified Genesis mechanic working on your vehicle. And if you have an issue with a factory warranty you will be given reasons why it can’t be repaired due having to NO Genesis Service Department available to make the under warranty repairs. You just get excuses and the issue never gets resolved.

Though they treat you like royalty when you buy the car, have NO expectations when it comes to service. From the service department manager, to the Genesis Dealer Manager to the Manager of all the dealerships within the group, there’s not one single person you can trust to give you accurate infomation or to ever follow through on their obligations. It’s beyond baffling the level of incompetence this group possesses. Every.Single.One.Of.Them.
