General Southwest Insurance Agency is by far the best agency we've worked with for our commercial property and casualty insurance. We've been with them for four years so far. Nancy Carter, our P&C agent has been a true professional. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of coverage and has helped us close some holes in coverage with her excellent coverage review of our insurance program. She successfully lobbied our insurer to change our Inland Marine coverage from actual cash value to replacement cost coverage. She guided us to add an excellent cyber liability policy and helped us to attain a terrorism policy (our request). The agency support staff is also very responsive. In addition, due to our wonderful experience with them, we've moved our group health and dental insurance programs to their agency this year. Johnny Pignotti, our employee benefits agent there, has been great to work with as well. I highly recommend this full-service agency to anyone looking to have their insurance program handled expertly.

I recently had an insurance company hike my rates to the point I had to start looking around. I found a new very popular company that was cheaper with the same coverage so I quickly moved over. I then found out this company would not provide me with the increased level of auto insurance nor could they offer me home owners insurance or the umbrella policy that I needed. I called General Southwest in within two days I moved over my Auto, home and umbrella policy to them at a great value. I then moved my small business insurance over as well. It is great to be with someone that can handle all my needs at an affordable price with great service. I am a very happy client.

If i could give them zero stars i would. I called to get a quote and was told my boyfriend who is getting his first vehicle off the dealership cant get insurance with them because he doesn't have prior insurance!! He doesn't have a vehicle to insure😔 very rude and unprofessional!!
