Called 5/8/25 and Freddy answered and was very rude. Told him we were with Statefarm and had an 18yr old. He said that's your problem. Asking me questions in a rushed rude tone. I said your tone is very rude. Are you in a hurry? He said yes, we close at 6. You can call tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

Got into a accident the adjuster gave me an estimated price and because I was trying to use my own mechanic he tried talking me out of it but telling me the price would go way up once I took it to a shop he said on order for me to go to a mechanic outside their network I would have to pay 30%of the bill to get it fixed be he quoted me a price then act on to dating how much higher ot would go but I silk refused the shop on their networka week later I recieved a check with my deductible taken out and my 30% taken out the remainder was for 1800 I took it to a shop they said it's a total loss but my coverage lapsed I got new insurance I'm going to reach out to my adjuster again if jot guess I'll need to go to court. This issuance sucks they said I have a ppo but I don't even know what that is I was paid 400 a month for full coverage only

Fred is the best. Answers all my questions and is really thorough and knows the insurance business. He takes care of me and anyone I send his way. When other companies can't get us insurance or charge and absurd amount Fred comes through and finds us something we can work with. I highly recommend him.
