Chris and all the staff at Gem Mortgage were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire loan process.
I had applied with 2 other lenders and Chris was the only agent who responded to my questions quickly and in such a friendly and informative manner...

Chris was so patient, professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through every step of the way. He made this process extremely easy. When we had an issue with the notary that the escrow company sent, he was "Johnny on the spot!" In less than 24 hours he sent us an amazing notary that walked us through every document so we knew exactly what we were signing.
