Do not have your taxes done at this accountant, Mike. Absolutely horrible customer service, never returns calls, doesn't file on time, won't admit mistakes, makes excuses for not getting the job done. Absolutely horrible poor excuse for an accountant. Gladly would have paid them the $595 they wanted to charge me for doing my taxes if they would have filed on time and been communicative. I filed my own tax extension and gave them detailed paperwork the first week of October like he requested, October 15th rolled around and I never heard from the accountant, I called at least 6 times and finally heard from him the end of October and he hadn't even started. Finally his assistant called me mid November and said everything was done and told me what I owed and that I could come pick everything up. I went in on 11/30 to get everything and they STILL HADN'T FILED THEM! They did not convey any urgency in picking them up because I needed to sign something for them to be filed, if they would have, I would have came in that day. Now that I told them I was unhappy he responded with "go elsewhere then." Save yourself money, time, and stress and go somewhere that cares.

Took tax returns in to have them reviewed and then do current taxes. Two months later and a return extension that had to be filed I had to go in and pick my stuff up and find someone else to finally do my return.
