Happy Happy Happy that what your get from Gary, Marie and Pam at Westerman Mortgage Company. Carole and I have purchased many houses over our 50 years of marriage. When it came to buying our late-in-life "dream home" a local bank advised "you do not qualify for that big of a loan. You must look for a less expensive home". Gary over heard me fussing about what the local banker told me and Gary said "let me take a look at that loan application for you". This meeting with Westerman Mortgage occurred on 12-21-2017. A gentleman and a scholar who goes up and above and beyond to help people - and not for payday, bu but genuinely caring for his fellow human. Not only did he help me get a reverse mortgage he also help me get my ID restored for $5 when my attorney would have done it for around a grand.
