We've been working with Gary Eason's State Farm office for longer than I want to remember--homeowners and earthquake insurance for almost 30 years, car and renters insurance before that; probably over 40 years. During all that time, his office has been unfailingly helpful and informative. They've processed claims promptly (once for a pair of binoculars stolen from our car) and helped us navigate premium payment problems. Gary has been my agent for about 28 years, and although there are some competitvely priced options out there, I've stuck with him over the years because with him and Rene, I have an actual agent acting on my behalf and not just an internet bot to handle my questions.
